Geranium, Ylang Ylang and Lavender essential oils , organic rose,lavender, calendula and cornflower botanicals, epsom salts and pink Himalayan salts. All floraly and bright and happy - just like a 'Flower Child' should be !
Geranium reduces feelings of stress, anxiety, sadness, fatigue and also assists in relief from insomnia. Ylang Ylang boosts the mood, assists in alleviating depression and anxiety and lowers the heart rate. Lavender is also beneficial for relief from anxiety, depression and insomnia. The blend of all three promotes and enhances the sense of well-being and relaxation. Adding 'Floral Bath Soak' to your evening bath routine will immerse you in a wonderful sense of calm and relaxation and making it easier to sleep !
Epsom salts are brilliant for tension and muscle relief and Himalayan salt contains minerals that are hugely beneficial to our body.
Add as much or as little as you like to your bath water. It's also great as a foot bath !
Don't have a bath but want this soak ? Or don't like floaty 'bits' in your bath ? There's a reusable drawstring bag that comes with the soak, and all you have to do is put some soak in the bag and pop it in your bath. Alternatively, you can do the same and use it in the shower like a loofah !
Organic botanicals are completely biodegradable. Empty them into the garden or compost after use.

There are ZERO preservatives in Earth Mother Flower Child products. To get the best possible shelf life out of your product make sure to follow these guidelines :
* Keep out of direct sunlight and heat.
* Keep out of damp and humid areas.
* If heat is unavaoidable, refrigerate your product.
* Always use a spatula, NOT fingers, to remove required amounts of salves, butters, moisturisers, scrubs ect. ( our little fingers are the worst spreaders of bacteria in our skincare products ! )
